Retail butcher — Khowai

Join our team: we are hiring a retail butcher in Khowai, Tripura. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. We are looking for food hygiene / HACCP certificate; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler. On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
