Groundsman wanted in Gregg County

Now hiring: we are hiring a groundsman in Gregg County, Texas. The job is on the grounds of a hotel resort. The role involves lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades. Requirements: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Happy to work outdoors in all weather Six days a week, one day off.
