Dough maker — Ogoja

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Ogoja, Cross River State. The job is in a bread factory. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
