The role involves: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
