Bread and bun maker — Aba North

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Aba North, Abia State. You will be based at a cake shop. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate ₦6,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
