Tracked excavator operator — Brazos County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Brazos County, Texas. You will be based on a busy civils and groundworks site. The role involves lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble. You should have: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Full-time with occasional weekends.
