We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Karimganj, Assam. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day to day you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts.
