Fusing press operator — Akure North

Now hiring: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Akure North, Ondo State. You will be based at a dry cleaner's. The role involves: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Full-time with occasional weekends.
