Dough maker wanted in Apache County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Apache County, Arizona. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
