Painter and decorator • Passaic County, New Jersey

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Passaic County, New Jersey. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Your main tasks: • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job Requirements: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
