Join our team: we are hiring a smash repairer in Ibadan North, Oyo State. What we are looking for: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage The role involves: • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
