Heavy equipment operator (dozer) — Seward County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Seward County, Kansas. The job is on a quarry floor. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Day-to-day duties: • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
