Short order cook — Steele County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Steele County, Minnesota. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
