On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
