Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Schoolcraft County, Michigan. You will be based at a drainage and utilities contractor. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Your main tasks: • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage Part-time with flexible hours.
