Immediate opening: nursery worker (Pennsylvania)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a nursery worker in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a landscaping company. On a typical shift you will repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads. Ideal candidate: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Happy to work outdoors in all weather Meals and transport allowance provided.
