Grill cook • Rockwall County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Rockwall County, Texas. On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time, day shift.
