The role involves handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit; return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub; carry the vehicle papers (RC, insurance, licence) on every run; update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app; pick up parcels from the hub and sort them by delivery area; follow traffic rules and wear the helmet at all times.
