Counter butcher — Tyler County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Tyler County, Texas. You will work in a meat processing plant. On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Performance bonus on top of base pay.
