Pastry baker wanted in Coventry

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Coventry, England. Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 1+ years on the tools preferred.
