Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Franklin County, Ohio. Requirements: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances You will backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
