Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Rotating shifts.
