Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness The role involves explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₦100,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
