Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Wukari, Taraba State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
