Plasterer's mate — Yenegoa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Yenegoa, Bayelsa State. You will be based in an occupied house during renovation. Day to day you will apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; check walls for plumb and level as you go; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
