Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale On a typical shift you will compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun.
