Line cook wanted in Piatt County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Piatt County, Illinois. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
