You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On a typical shift you will clear and reset tables between covers; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
