Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
