Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough 6+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
