Now hiring: we are hiring a press machine operator in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. Day to day you will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; record output and downtime on the production sheet. What we are looking for: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
