Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Shomgom, Gombe State. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces The role involves: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence Part-time with flexible hours.
