Fry cook — Sonbhadra

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh. On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. We are looking for sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
