We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Talbot County, Georgia. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
