On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time with occasional weekends.
