Bricklayer — Bida

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bricklayer in Bida, Niger State. The job is at a renovation and extension job. Day to day you will erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
