Gantry crane operator • Gray County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Gray County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Rotating shifts.
