Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Obafemi Owode, Ogun State. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day to day you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
