Retail butcher — King County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in King County, Texas. Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
