Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Grady County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
