Backhoe operator wanted in Baltimore County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Baltimore County, Maryland. On a typical shift you will swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient. Requirements: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
