Hoist operator — Monroe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hoist operator in Monroe County, Ohio. The role involves: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Strong attention to safety and load limits Six days a week, one day off.
