Immediate opening: plant operator (dozer) (New Mexico)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Lea County, New Mexico. You will work on a dam or embankment job. Your main tasks: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily What we are looking for: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
