We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Oredo, Edo. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens We offer ₦275,000 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided.
