Meat trimmer • Nwangele, Imo State

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Nwangele, Imo State. Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦500 per hour, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
