We are recruiting: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Garfield County, Utah. The job is in a tailoring workshop. The role involves use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press. You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
