Vacancy available: stamping press operator (Vermont)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Franklin County, Vermont. Your main tasks: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Pay around $31 per hour, based on your experience.
