We are recruiting: deboner (Illinois)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Pike County, Illinois. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
