We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Ezza North, Ebonyi State. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
