Tree and shrub pruner — Delaware County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Delaware County, Ohio. The job is in a botanical garden. Requirements: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers Day to day you will rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
